Every time I come here I wait well over 10 mins to even be waited on and will be the only car in the drive thru and inside is about the same. One of the many reasons to not move all my accounts to this bank.

I go out of my way to get to this location. It's easy to get in and out of. It's got a good ATM, it's a large bank and the staff is knowledgeable.

The customer service is very poor. Had a problem over the weekend and spoke with 3 people none of which knew the correct answer. Excess hold times and NO call back despite requesting one. Finally, went to live chat and that person knew answer regarding debit card limit but unable to do anything about the problem. Told to go to the branch which I did and they couldn't help, said they would check with main office in Cincinnati. Two days later still no contact. Recently was charged a fee for a wire transfer INTO the bank, no explanation and wire transfer department said they couldn't help. Isn't that their department? Called customer service, put on hold and then requested a call back. 45 minute later no phone call. Called branch and asked to speak with manager, told they don't have branch manager there. Suggested I call the main customer service number! What a waste of time and such poor service.

Worst online banking experience ever, so glad I never closed my 5/3 account. Only reason I had an account there was for a mortgage, and loans cannot be paid online. So no automatic payments. Only way to pay is by mailing a physical check or by telephone...and its 2020!

Good solid bank, five-star rating, but very poor drive-thru system, one-star rating. Waiting time and friendliness is not up to 2017 standards.

My husband and I recently came here for our new home mortgage. It was such a wonderful experience working with Sandy! She was so sweet and did such a good job explaining everything to us! I highly recommend coming here for any mortgage needs!!

Lender does not work with small business or investors unless your loan is over $1 Mil. Was told my loan for a commercial investment at $260k was not worth the time to look at it when 1&5 mil loans were in the que. Poor communication and turn around time - actually never received a yes or no and was offered other lenders to get an answer from.

First bought out my old bank. I took out a mortgage with them and the problems never stopped. It took four months for them to get things in order for the closing. The bank they sold the loan to lost the first check sent to them after signing for it. When you called corporate for help no reply at all. Luckily interest rates took a drop and I moved everything to union saving. Things there are great.

Used to be my favorite bank because it was regional, and you got personalized service. Then, management got fee happy. Things that used to be free are now fee based to the point where this bank is now the WORST AT CHARGING JUNK FEES. I called the executive office to discuss it and never got the courtesy of a return phone call. People still nice at the branch level, but management has gotten ar-o-gant. I am systematically moving my accounts elsewhere. Good-bye FFB and AMF.
