Although many years ago I was "handed over" to Jim from a retiring agent and I live almost 75 miles away from where he is located, I have found Jim and staff to be responsive in terms of both speed and thoroughness, answer my many questions via email, phone, and text with courtesy and never making me feel anything less than valued. I strongly recommend this agency to anyone seeking the kind of care you hope for by a company with sometimes-funny advertising and competitive rates.

Jim and Amy were very helpful with my recent claim filed to the other party's insurance, and they responded very quickly and followed up with me to make sure everything was getting taken care of. We are happy to have them as our agent and would highly recommend their agency.

Jim and Amy were very helpful in guiding me through a recent incident where someone hit my parked car. The claim was filed with the other party's insurance, but Jim and Amy were more than willing to help and followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was getting taken care of.

Lucky to call Jim a family friend (and childhood friend of my wife), and respect him even more for how he runs his insurance business and supports the Kettering community. We have unfortunately had 2 sump pump issues in the last 5 years, and he and Amy took care of us, scheduling the water mitigation company, and getting our basement back to normal. If you are considering an insurance change, highly recommend Jim and his team!

We had been with the same agent for 10 years before switching to Berlon Insurance Agency. Our only regret is not switching sooner. Jim is very knowledgeable, an expert in his field and easy to reach. Jim B will go above and beyond for you and your family. On multiple occasions Jim has done more than I could ever ask an agent to do for our family.Our kitchen flooded on the same day my wife went into labor. Jim came over so the cleaning company could get started and our family could be at the hospital.Jim loves the community and works hard to make it better.You won't find a better agent in the US let alone Dayton.

We made the switch to Jim Berlon and Farmers Insurance a few years ago and could not be any happier with the professionalism and service that Jim has provided for us. If we have a problem, Jim is a phone call a way and will drop whatever he is doing to make sure that his clients are getting the best service possible.
