The pharmacy is awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are absolutely rude and sarcastic. It is very evident that they hate their jobs. 10/10 do not recommend.

The unprofessionalism and incompetency of this CVS in the pharmacy department is incredible. Honestly, they should win an award for being the worst CVS I’ve ever stepped foot into. They made us wait twenty minutes before even acknowledging our presence at the pick up line. Then SHIRLEY tells us to wait in the drop off line for another twenty minutes. Mind you, the prescription is already ready and paid for. After that, she send us back to the pick up line to wait in the back. When we asked if we would really have to wait longer, a total of now 40 minutes, instead of being a professional and telling the other customers that she would help us as we were there first, she asks if they mind. When I told her really, why are you asking, we have been waiting for forty minutes. She started to be rude and tell me that I was holding up the line now. I asked her why are you arguing with the customer, please just get our order and she still tried to continue arguing. Again, this order is already paid for.. just hand us our prescription. All in all if I could give this CVS 0 stars, I would. Phone was constantly ringing, no one there answered. At least ten other people were constantly waiting at the counter for service. The guy in the back never said anything to anyone. He kept filling prescriptions for customers who were not there. As someone who works in retail, you ALWAYS acknowledge and assist your present customers first. They should both go through training in customer service again.

Was made to wait 45 minutes for a pre-filled prescription. We were flat out ignored for 20 minutes, shifted to a second line for another 20, then shifted back to a third all due to incompetency and an unwillingness to help. Shirley was the worker who provided no help

This pharmacy has had its ups and downs. There have been days I’ve hated them for not picking up the phone and days I’ve gotten good and quick service from them. It just depends. That r had staffing issues recently (last year or two) that seem to be being resolved at this point. Rebecca is always kind and efficient when I’ve dealt with her. She’s the only staff that has stuck with the place over the last 6+ years. I’ve considered switching pharmacies before but ultimately chose to stick with this one. As of now, I am happy with the service.

It's been a long time since I've had ro go to a CVS for any prescription needs but today is a Sunday and my normal one is closed, I needed an antibiotic today not Monday. Upon going to the window they ask for all my info, it's given along with my insurance card. They start inputting that and come back telling me my birth date or something is wrong with my insurance and I'll have to pay out of pocket if I want it. I ask what DOB they are using and verify, the man asks again changing my year l. I said no, here's my driver's license to verify. He then says we'll it's not our problem it's yours. Hands me back my things and closes the window. I call my insurance company and after speaking to them I find the prescription wasn't covered and that's why I have to pay out of pocket. Why couldn't they simply say that? I don't want to pay for a $54 antibiotic out of pocket but will if I have to. They simply could say, just like my normal pharmacy would, it's not covered! Instead I get accused of giving a wrong DOB and get a surley pharmacy associate that doesn't take the time to answer question about anything

There are nice folks who work here. There is at least one person who is perhaps the single rudest person in a customer service position I've ever encountered. I'm deeply sympathetic to working front facing jobs, but this is out of bounds behavior when dealing with customers who aren't being difficult or troublesome, just regular folks. Also she always reaches over and does all of the touch screen stuff on the pay pad because "it's faster." The pharmacy as an entity is as disjointed and haphazard as any other corporate pharmacy, but knowing that any time you go you *might* have to deal with that person is reason enough to go elsewhere. Addendum: waited at the drive-thru window for just shy of 30 minutes, and spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for them to pick up during business hours (5pm, they have posted temporary hours closing at 6). No one answered the window or the phone.

Always short staffed and rude. Sent me back and forth telling me my daughters prescription was ready then they had no clue what happened to it and refused to fill it. Also don’t bother calling they never answer

This pharmacy is a hot mess. Apparently they think it's effective to mark your prescription as picked up and paid for even when you didn't pick it up, making insurance think someone stole your medications. Then they sass about it when confronted. Theft of medicines is against the law. Have fun.

Long time customer. Having said that, since stores starting closing the efficiency at my store has dropped dramatically. I have submitted refill requests that have taken a week to get filled. That is intolerable. My wife is severely ill and we depended on them to have the prescriptions filled when requested. Whether it was automatically or when submitted personally.

Outrageous customer service for the pharmacy. You close at 6pm. And you have 1 person working the front. And like 6 others in the back. My meds weren't even filled until Saturday. And you had the script since Tuesday. Unacceptable!!

I was pleased with the pharmacy service until last couple months things got worse since the company has closed several pharmacy locations. Right now it's TERRIBLE, no one pick up the phone when called to place an refills, ask pharmacist questions regarding the medications. The online services is terrible as well when trying to place an refill orders, it took me 15 minutes to find the site to place an order for refills and medications list as well. One time I was there when a Military Veteran was there to pick up his medication order and found out the pharmacy did not confirm with the insurance company, that goes the same for me, we had to wait for the pharmacy to redo our medications with zero cost. He literally raised heck over it for wasting time and didn't get his ready that one of the pharmacy lady came up to him and tried to calm him down and said that she's a military brat and what Station he's from, Excuse me, I'm a Navy Brat also but I didn't raise heck, just very disgusted with them. There's NO EXCUSE to cause delays in filing medications that those people needed WITH insurance verification at the same time and deliver a fast courtesy service and NO DELAYS. My advice, do not go there, go to other pharmacy instead.

***GO TO A DIFFERENT CVS***As I'm writing this, i am on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour and its nearing closing time. I do not expect them to answer as their customer service is non-existent. Anytime i call, i have wait for over an hour before someone in the pharmacy picks up. At other CVS's, i wait at most 15 minutes. I've waited in their drive-thru for 30 minutes waiting for a prescription only to be turned away just as i get to the window because it just happened to be closing time. If it was possible, i would give them 0 stars. I have nothing positive to say about the pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy if you are reading this.
