Bob knows this business and he is straight up honest. I called the store around 7:45 pm. Bob came down and opened the store for me. we put a great deal together. I left with a platform base and an awsome memory foam mattress. Bob knows the mattress business. buying a mattress is one of the most confusing things to purchase. Cloud 9 is now my go to for bedding. Don't buy untill you go to Cloud 9. Bob, thanks for helping get just what I needed.

Best store & service ever! Appointment only but that worked out great with my work schedule. I only go to Bob & my family has gone there too and agree,received a free pillow Everytime I've bought something also,only thing is my grandkids take them Everytime they get a chance lol they love the free gifts too
