“I work near the Mason location and an urgent message from a client came at the end of the day. I needed to overnight a package and UPS had already picked up at our office. I called that location and got Denise, explained my dilemma, and she promised to make sure the driver, who was already there btw, waited til I got there. I ran in the door and there was Denise and the driver waiting. I asked if he liked Dr.Pepper and string cheese and I handed it over.
