The Wal Mart in Kenton, OH just denied me, a diabetic who takes 5 blood pressure medicines every day (and still has very high blood pressure) my medications. I am out of two of them completely. One for blood pressure and one for diabetes. The reason is that "Our computers are down." My prescriptions were already filled and in a bag behind the counter. I do not have insurance, and was paying cash. There was absolutely no need for a computer. I begged and pleaded with the pharmacist to at least let me have enough for a day or two so that I wouldn't die before they fix their system. She flat out denied me. What's worse, is that it's not just me. They've turned EVERYONE away all day. This is the most immoral, unethical, and abhorrent pharmacist I have ever met. I post this so that others may know what kind of company Wal Mart is, and what kind of pharmacist Amy at Wal Mart in Kenton is.

I have issues more than not when it comes to filling a prescription. The people seem nice whenever I pick up but having to wait for them to get my medication for 2 days is pretty inconvenient when I'm not supposed to miss a dose. Kroger would never. ?

I have found the pharmacy employees very willing to go out of there way for every customer every time. Thanks again for all your help.

Every time I call for a refill they say I'm “out of refills†and refuse to look into it. But when I call Upper or Findlay's Walmart pharmacy, I have no issue getting it refilled. Ridiculous.

When you fill your prescriptions here every month, they should have inventory to fill them on time. They do not. They act like it's no big deal.
