They like to hold on to packages for a few days before sending out for delivery. And mind you, it's a package that weighs less than 2 lbs.

Had a delivery come in and instead of ringing the bell or even just leaving it at my door they took it back and are making me wait an extra day. It was a chair. Worst service possible.

couldn’t leave package because of dog outside if you are afraid of dogs maybe you should have a job that doesn’t require walking to peoples houses people can’t just wait to let their dog out til the mail person comes
