Do not take your vehicle there we took our truck there to have the tires changed mounted and balanced and ever since then my tires won’t hold air. To top it off I dropped it off 1st thing in the morning and was supposed to have the very first appointment to get my truck in well I received a call right before closing saying my truck wasn’t even close to being ready I told the guy working I had to have my truck for a job the next day so it wasn’t an option (I would of took my truck somewhere else and now I wish I would of) so he stayed over to fix it well I ended up getting charged well over the price he told me and ever since I’ve had issues with my tires so now I have to go pay someone else to do the job they should have done correctly the first time. Be cautious

Another place in Kenton didn't fix my AC system even though I paid them $700 so I brought it to Rick's and they fixed it. They were patient with my questions and called me several times to let me know how the progress was and what needed to be done. I appreciated that.I recommend this location.

I am going to give a two star review because it’s partially my fault for not asking first.I just purchased a 2022 KW T270 from Ricks and I flew in my driver to pick it up and when it arrived back in Texas I discovered the truck will only run 74 MPH @ 2400 RPM it’s gear bound it is a very nice unit but Rick’s ordered the chassis with 529 rear end gears sad situation for me I will either trade it off or have to fix it to the tune of several thousand dollars won’t buy there again thought that they knew better

I have had my vehicles fixed here for many years, when I have been unable to fix them myself. I have never been done wrong or treated poorly by any of the employees.
