This place is awesome. I've been there for 3 plus years and never a problem. The manager does a great job maintaining her property. Always looks clean and in order. Highly recommend.

First of all, when I called to see of availability, the phone rang twice then, it was like somebody answered it, but refused to speak, or were on mute. I was able to leave a message at one point (I was surprised, too!), but of course, no one called back. I tried several different times and out of pure frustration went with another company for my storage needs. Whoever is in charge really is not doing justice to this service, or the persons who need the service. I would not advise getting a unit here...

I get 2 units a year to store my cars no complaints with units BUT the guy who runs it is NEVER there. suppose to be open at 10:30 he is never there I have been there all thru the day at different times and he is rarely there. need to replace him! kenton, ohio

The facility is well maintained. They are more expensive than most other companies. They have recently added additional units. I have no complaints.

This place is nothing but a joke. The manager is very rude and has to prove that he is right. He is a liar and down right disgusting. The storage units are not worth the money you pay and the manager is never there.

I liked the way the lady who you pay your bill to works with you if your pay check changes . I do have a suggestion to the head of Lock It Up. If there is a way to be able to pay your bill on line .If anyone who reads this feels the same way, even if you don't use pc please think of us who do use a pc to pay bills online. Some can't drive so we depend on the pc or pay gas to someone to take you around to pay it.
