If you are looking for light banking then this is the place. Customer service is very good. They're very nice and courteous. They try to help you as best as they can.
However, if you have heavier banking needs and need larger amount of cash then this is not the place for you. They had to order cash for a low five finger amount.
You have to make appointments to open a bank account or work on a loan. I'm sure other things take appointments as well. This is a small town and don't expect anything outside of that.
If you are good with that then you should be happy. They provide some free checks and the banking app is pretty simple to use.

This place sucks in kenton. They are always closed when it says they are open and don't get me started on the drive through! I've been with huntington for over 20 yrs.

Does not care to welcome in new customers and help them, would rather come up with an excuse, I wanted to open 3 different savings accounts, and the “manager” wouldn’t give me the time of day.

My employer has over 120,000 employees with over 800 locations in over 160 countries worldwide. I've deposited two payroll checks from them only to have Huntington place a hold which lasts all weekend. They claim it is for security purposes. As if the payroll checks are a risk. I would have given them only one star (hated it), but the local bank employees are great, and they do have great features on their website. There's no reason to place a hold on my payroll checks. My employer decided to change the workforce management provider and I'm stuck with paper checks until this gets sorted. I believe Huntington is placing holds like this in order to generate more money on interest. I believe they're lying when they use the excuse that a payroll check poses a security risk.

I thought the branch on Cleveland Ave was the worst. This branch in kenton has em beat. Tellers see a long line and wont even lookin up or even try to help

I would have given this bank no stars or less if I could. Will definitely be switching to a real bank; Chase Bank.Summarized, Huntington bank put a payroll check on hold. Hold was to last for 5 days. It is over a week, almost a week and a half and we are still being told that we can not access the entire account ? not to buy groceries, to pay bills etc... Nothing. We are livid. On top of the fact, we were poorly treated by their staff. No one seems to know what's going on or what we are to do to resolve this problem, THEY created. Please please please do NOT trust them with your money. They run business like they're operating out of a garage.

Customer Service is Meh... Called both 1-800 (corporate number) and they couldn't resolve an issue that Huntington created. Called the branch and they were even less help... Banked with them for years, but just lost me due to not really caring about their customers, at the end of conversation I was told "Sorry, I cant help you".... Not what a customer for years wants to be told (due to a very random issue Huntington created)- moving to Chase soon...
