This guy should lose his business, illegally dumping 7,000 gallons of contaminates and killing over 43,000 fish in the area, not to mention the other wildlife that will be lost as a result. I look forward to your sentencing!

Business owner killed 43,000 fish by illegally dumping toxic waste into the Ohio waterways. He deserves to have his business closed since he can’t manage it ethically.

Owner Mark Shepherd thinks it's ok to dump 7,000 gallons of contaminated liquid into the Scioto river, killing over 43,000 fish and damaging wildlife. He'll be fined pennies on the dollar for the cost to clean up the river, and will shed crocodile tears at his sentencing. But in a while, he'll complain and cry about how how "the gubment" is evil. No sir. You're evil.

They openly admit to dumping thousands of gallons of hazardous waste into Ohio's rivers, killing tens of thousands of fish. Here's hoping they go out of business, and hoping even worse for the owner Mark Shepherd.
