Filed my taxes completely wrong, never did my sales tax correctly. I had to hire and pay another person to redo my taxes and amend them because I was going to lose out on thousands of dollars. Claimed that I had made income when I was in fact in college and not working and cost me so much more money than was needed. I’m still trying to get everything squared away from 2021 from this business. Highly do not recommend

My 2020 taxes were supposed to be refiled..( amended ) because they messed up my school taxes..well, I got a letter from the state a week ago saying I owe over $600 in school taxes!!! They never refiled them! I thought it was taking so long to hear anything because of Covid.. everything is messed up because of it..but no.. and now I can't get anyone to contact me about this...

Shirley Barrett is unprofessional, and comes off as very uneducated when I tried to explain to her that I am unable to access my 2018 tax return because it was the last year I filed with my ex-spouse, and he was not compliant with providing me with a copy for school. She told me that is my problem.
