We have had continuous issues with the Brimfield location and it’s quite frustrating. We’ve gone in to speak with manager(s) on multiple occasions regarding the lack of consistency every time. Spraying/mopping half the car (not even half the windshield) then sending through…what’s the purpose of doing that to half the vehicle?! Either don’t do it at all and save yourself a headcount or complete the task fully. Then to be told “we can run it through again for you”. Why? So you can repeat the same process all over again? No thanks.
I’m not sure what their training protocol is or if they just throw the employees in the position to figure it out. Coming from a background of quality control and working/managing a car wash between both my husband, we have tried to give suggestions. Completely frustrating.

I went to Whistle Express today for the first time and had a great experience. The manager, Chris came over to make sure my car was cleaned to my satisfaction. It definitely was!! As I was vacuuming the assistant manager, Jp, let me know that there are towels and cleaners that could be used and also showed me the mat cleaning area and how to use the the dryer. I have never been to a car wash that offers this many amenities and has a great staff!!
I highly recommend this car wash! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

They had a deal of $10 a month, so I joined in June 2024. Free vacumes and towels. There are assistants there if you're pulling up for the first time to assist in how to use the ticket machines or get a monthly pass. If you get a monthly pass, the gate will verify your license plate and then open up for you - be patient because it is only AI. If they ever get the car-mat cleaner to work on rubber shells, so include a water spray, I will give them five stars.

Just bought a membership here. The employees were so nice and made the process easy. I was impressed by how clean my car was! Then one of the employees came to me while I was vacuuming out my car and introduced me to the extras the site has to offer. I think his name was JP. They have towels, cleaners, and ways to wash your floor mats! Best car wash ever!

My car is Spotless on every wash and always so Shiny. I love my tires being so clean. The workers are helpful if any questions you have. I rate them a ten.

Been a member since before Whistle acquired it from Wave. Spend $85 a month for 2 cars. My SUV was damaged at the Kent Ohio location in January when the driver in front of me decided to put his car in park going through the wash which led to his towing hitch going into my grill and bumper. Spoke with Chris the manager and filed a claim, got an estimate for repairs and was told that since the person responsible was not a member they would cover the claim through corporate. Signed the claim release with them to get reimbursed $827.09 on 2/1/24 Its now been over 2 months and have send 3 emails to their customer care email with no response at all on the status of reimbursement. I have stopped into the car wash trying to get a hold of Chris and he's never there and never returned my calls. Very disappointed in there lack of ownership in this matter and will be cancelling out my memberships and taking my business elsewhere.
UPDATE 5.26.24 - There "Customer" Service finally emailed me and asked for basic information which I provided and included a signed copy of the property damage release form and still no response back from them in regards to paying be back. On Saturday it will have been 4 months since we signed their paperwork for reimbursement so it looks like my only recourse to take this to small claims court and spend more cycles trying to get what their management team agreed to reimburse us for the damage.

This car wash has switched (instead of a presoak or rinse) to scrubbing the rear of trucks and cars with a mitt that kept in a bin with soap and water. The issue is, it's used first, directly on a dirty vehicle, absorbing all lose dirt, with no prior rinse or pre-soak.
This mitt is then returned to the same bin, all day long, collecting dirt from each vehicle then putting it back in the same bin.
I was told that upper management switched to this process because the tailgates on trucks were not being cleaned properly. I was also made aware that they do 750-800 vehicles per day. I did also speak to several other customers at this location with the exact same issue.
Will I be reimbursed for having these scratches (hopefully) buffed out? This whole ordeal is very concerning considering the amount of vehicles that are potentially damaged here daily.
Here are pictures of the swirls it left on the tailgate (some are on my front bumper as well) of my truck. I do also have video of the employee using the mitt first on a vehicle, prior to rinsing/soaping down the dirt and road grime.
I did leave my info with the manager and have already emailed the company. Hopefully this issue will not only be handled with myself, but with the several others as well.

I recently lost my membership pass and the manager Chris was immediately provided me with other and had me on track in no time!

Very nice car wash but much like all of the new builds. I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1) the blowers that dry the car seem to be super powerful. Enough so that they were rattling my trunk lid. With that said it still did not get all the water off. I always bring a microfiber towel to finish drying the car before sweeping it out. Which brings me to the 2nd reason. 2)When I opened the trunk to get it, a bunch of water came flowing out. I didn't think that was too unusual but I went over to Meijer right after to get groceries. When I opened the trunk to put them away another bunch of water came out. Almost like it was coming out of the trunk lid itself. Weird. It did do a nice job a cleaning so I'll try them again.
