Could have had a friendlier experience with the pharmacy... lady with the blue hair was short and snippy.

This is the worst Walgreen I have ever been too. These idiots need to update open- closed time. On line they there pharmacy open from 7:30am-1:30pm. When I get up there they told me that was there Covid time when first started. It's really from 9:00am-7:00pm. CHANGE YOUR TIMES ON WEBSITE! IDIOTS!

Favorite location due to the staff and the pharmacy staff. Always cheerful and polite with just the right attitude. The store is always clean and tidy.

I got a vaccine at the pharmacy and it was a great experience. They were busy but very efficient and so friendly!

Walked in before closing and they were nothing but rude. Gave me sass and wasn’t helpful at all and kept reiterating how they close soon and rushing me out of the store. Whoever closed was extremely disrespectful.

Normally have a good experience but I recently had an experience when they were closing early and I was trying to be a supportive customer and ask for help to get out sooner and they were just blatantly rude.

I believe anyone with a disability to avoid shopping in this store, and other Walgreen stores. Very anti Americans with Disabilities Act. No carts designed and available to aid those with mobility problems with shopping. No stools to sit on while staff figures out your order at check out and you are writhing in pain. No help from staff with shopping as needed. The carts they do have are way too small to hold the larger items purchased with my over the counter health care card. I have to stop the teetering tower of products from falling on the floor while pushing the cart to the checkout. The staff are to busy to help. Upon review of the Internet and Walgreens overall response to those with disability, it appears as if a few more lawsuits are warranted. The ADA dates back to 1993. I'm on my way to learn why my health insurance has contracted with Walgreens for OTC products. Happily will move on from United Health Care if it's all they can offer. Then onto the DOJs civil right complaint form.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my booster shot. They just called 1 hour before my shot and informed me it was cancelled because the pharmacist did not come in today. They did not offer to reschedule. Just told me to go on the website and set up another appointment. Great job Walgreens. I wonder how many people will suffer the effects of Covid because you WEREN'T THERE TO DO YOUR JOB.

I come here a lot and honestly you never know what you are going to get. The male manager has 0 customer service skills. He rarely speaks to you or ask if you need help. His younger employee had to apologize for his behavior.? I will say half the staff are friendly and half are not. To be honest, customer service is bad throughout this entire area. They are just keeping up with the rest I guess.

Just went to this store and the male manager was leaving at 10:10 pm. I was told by some kids the store was closed. I was just at this store 3 days ago at11:10 pm . This store closes at 12 midnight. If you don’t want to work call off! But you as the manager don’t have a right to leave because you and that other girl didn’t want to stay . About 6 other cars showed up

How can a pharmacy close when you drop off a prescription that isn't able to be transferred to another Walgreens?! Worst place ever! 2 days now no pharmacist and today it's closed with no one able to get their prescriptions and no idea when they will be back. I've spent over 3 hours trying to get a new prescription to take to another location that could fill it but I had to pay almost $50 out of pocket because this location already billed my insurance even though I can't pick it up. I am irate! Also the last 2 times they weren't able to get it from the manufacturer and didn't even bother to call me. I had to take it to CVS who uses a different manufacturer and the medication is not the same. So I've suffered now for 3 months because of this location. Get it together!!!!!

On 2/21/21 we went to get some passport pictures and Robin was very much less then helpful. She acted as if she was irritated throughout the entire thing and I don’t understand why when it’s HER JOB TO WORK THE PHOTO COUNTER. Don’t take it out on a customer because you are unhappy with your job or life or whatever I really don’t care. If you can’t do your job then ask a coworker or another person to take over for you and learn some professionalism.

Every month I would get emails to fill my prescriptions and every month they would hold it hostage for 2-3 days. It’s not a controlled substance and it has 0 abuse potential. Now that I went somewhere else they fill it within 5 minutes of me requesting it. If a doctor is licensed to write prescriptions and the patient is willing to receive the care that’s really all that matters. Go back to school if you guys want to be real doctors otherwise just count the pills out and keep your mouth shut unless someone asks for your input.

Im not writing this review for any other reason but to inform other customers about the one bad seed that works in pharmacy. I enjoy the entire staff at this Walgreens as I frequently shop there, however there's a pharmacist that has given me no other choice but to transfer my medications. Let's call her 'B' since that's what her 1st name begins with. So about 5 months ago I called for a refill on a medication and she said it was just filled 2 weeks ago, TWICE. I said, "Excuse me?" She repeated herself but the bottle I had had a completely different date on it and she then said, "I'll only do this one time." In her holier than thou voice so I told her I'd swing by in 20 minutes with the empty bottle I had. She told me again, "I shouldn't do this!" So I gave her the bottle I had, which they didn't even have a date for in their system and she got very quiet. Idk how it was done but she actually DID refill that prescription twice but there was no signature with either and I've always asked there to be one. Here is where I made the biggest mistake because I really don't like confrontation and I'm also too trusting. She apologized to me and then asked if I wanted the bottle back or if she could just throw it away. I told her to just throw it away. Since that day she's either overfilled or severely under filled several prescriptions including my blood pressure medication! My doctors office even told me I should have 2 extra refills that I never received. I do not take any narcotics, thank God, but even so if you abruptly discontinue certain medications there can be some pretty severe side effects to that! I only live about a block away but because of her antics I have to switch to another pharmacy which is a damn shame. I've "heard" other people have had a hard time with the same person so I feel as if this review is necessary to cover someone else's behind since I wasn't proactive enough to speak up before now.
