They made me pay for 12" of tape instead of using their own. They could not break a $20 in the process. Today was the only day there were not long lines but historically it has been serious problem. I realize the US post office has been under attack - now from within - for years, but the fact they can't afford tape indicates things are not good.

Useless mouthbreathing morons. This monopoly on the mail system needs to be dismantled.
I called on Thursday to provide a complete address for an item I was expecting, and despite them "verifying the address" and having the full address I provided along with the tracking number, they still returned it to sender. They can't stop it and bring it back either.
I hate the USPS with every fiber of my being.

The only reason I gave one star is because the staff was friendly when I went in for assistance. Aside from that, the mail carrier I have has lost my packages and delivered others to the wrong addresses. It is not that hard to read a number and put it at the right house. It's very frustrating considering some of my packages have been time sensitive and I either don't receive them at all, it goes to the wrong house or the facility cannot seem to find it anywhere. In the last instance, the package was out for delivery and it never got scanned or delivered. When I went in, no one could find it, and no one seemed to know where it would have gone since it was on the truck to be delivered. It's been two weeks now and the package is no where to be found. It would be one thing if this happened once but it's happened several times now and it is extremely agitating.

Was there to pick up an Amazon box. Handicapped men informed me that my package was returned to Ravenna USPS as they carry. Later, the Ravenna lady stated that the item had already been sent to Kent and that they did not want to open it. She contacted the manager at Kent. When I returned to Kent, the obese lady informed me that the item had been returned to Akron, which was a really amusing comment. They did not even want to look inside. The staff I met today were really disrespectful and unhelpful.

Lines are generally out of the lobby. Only one worker working the front lobby. The supervisor must be sitting down taking a nap. You think they would take some initiative and come out and help.

They aren’t smart enough to answer the phones, they constantly loose packages. Also I was suppose to have an important package delivered today, it arrived and Kent early this morning then they sent it off to another facility an hour away.. I’m right down the street from Kent..

Ordered a package off Amazon for my business with time sensitive material. Package said it was held for delivery, despite the fact that the business was open when the package was alleged to be dropped off.
I was told I could pick up the package so I swung by, waited 30 minutes and was told it was back on the truck for delivery. Next day, still no package. I come back to the post office, and am told it was instead returned to the seller and that there is no way to get it back.
Thanks a lot USPOS. Despite their incompetence, the associates were at least nice.

What kind of supervisor stops all transactions because people are legally video recording in the public Lobby.
Shame on the supervisor for not understanding poster 7 and complying with it. A reprimand or suspension of duties is warranted.

I frequent a lot of po in ne Ohio - hand down the BEST I go to. The current front counter associates are amazing - friendly and hard working. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and work ethic!!
