They make it an easy in and out process. These folks do a great job every time I'm in there.

I had to overnight some medicine to my daughter in Brooklyn and there was a problem with the early morning delivery. Chris (the UPS store owner) went way out of his way to contact the ground team in NYC and get it delivered. Never using any other UPS store.
