Cindy was very welcoming an amazing when we were touring apartments. We absolutely loved our apartment not because it's ours but the hospitality we got in the process of getting it. I recommend to anybody to rent an apartment here because the apartments are spacious and comfortable plus they allow fur babies! Rent is not too bad either and they have a POOL!

I think its a great place to live! Close to alot of places, has a pool, pet friendly, walls are like cement so its not like you can hear neighbors easily. Cool place to live! Cindy is nice!

Its mostly apartments, but also sorta some hotel rooms, yes i get people leave trash around etc, but living here is great with the pool, and nice people, and nice size apartment. Its not their fault people want to leave trash everywhere .

The place is really turning around for the better... The apt/hotel manager is the GREATEST and certainly goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are comfortable and happy. Remodeled room, upgrades to appliances and new carpet help with making your apartment or stay is cozy and clean. Very pleased with the location as well, within walking distance of just about everything you need and a short driving distance of anything that isn't close enough for a walk.

Renting a studio for a few months (have short term lease) very nice amazing stuff. Got me in sameday . Very nice being a 5 minute walk from downtown kent. Eveything is walking distance. also has a pool for the summer time.

When i moved into the apartment I was under the impression that it was a smoke free building with newly renovated apartments. But after signing the lease and getting to the bulk of living there I have found some issues. they don't allow any other internet in the building except for AT&T U-verse at speeds of 1.5 Mbps which is almost as slow as dial up internet. claiming that they have an exclusive deal with them and saying they won't do anything to further getting internet that isn't AT&T which isn't legal because in the lease agreement there isn't anything conscribing you to a specific isp. and the apartment is NOT smoke free, so I don't recommend for anyone that has any type of sensitivity to cigarette smoke. Not to mention the extremely strong smell of weed throughout the building. It also isn't really worth it for the price, at $720/month for a 1 bed just outside of downtown kent you can find a better place. also, beware if drug related anything in this building. We were informed by out neighbors after a week or two that our room was occupied by drug dealers and there are regularly 2-3 cop cars at the building one a week .

Staff not wearing masks, outdated, hallways reek of urine, elevators and hallway floors covered with spilt beverages/sticky, discarded cigarette butts, even some needles. Massive drug activity here. Staff would rather sit and talk than ensure that the property is clean and well managed.

We stayed here when we first arrived in Kent, and charming Cindy the property manager, did all she can to make us feel at home. She was very approachable and kind, I still pass by to say hello to her. The apartment had all that we needed, I would highly recommend this place to people looking for a convenient location to stay in Kent. Rose.
