Went today to have my blood drawn for routine testing. Would like you to know the woman that drew my blood was the kindest and pleasant person I have ever encountered, especially on a Monday morning. If you can figure out her name, please pass this message on to her and thank her for me!

The employees need to be told what insurance the lab takes. My wife was told that they take our insurance on the phone, but when she got there...nope. I had to call around to find another place while she waited there. This is very unprofessional.
