Parking is limited. Apartments are nice and spacious with higher end applicants.

The place was nice. The manager or owner was a little money hungry. Needed to pay deposit with application, before he would even think of approving you.

Lived here for a year and a half, absolutely loved it. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and in good shape. 3rd floor apartments get vaulted ceilings. Great for Kent State or NEOMED students.
