If mobile orders aren't going to be put on the mobile order shelf, there needs to be a sign, updated instructions in the app, or the shelf needs to be removed. I arrived one minute after the time the app said my order would be finished and waited 15 minutes for my mobile order that was already completed and was sitting behind the counter. I had no way of knowing it was mine, it was never announced while I was there, and I only got it because I went to ask. Usually my experiences here are fine, but I also usually don't use the app and probably won't use it again.

The most petty and racist Sheetz I've been to in my life. They wouldn't sell me cigarettes because my niece (whom is only 14) was with me and didn't have an ID but afterwards as we stood over waiting on our food, a little short white girl who actually looked younger than my niece walked up and bought Twisted Tea and the cashier didn't even ask her for an ID! Then, an middle eastern couple who was obviously of age walked up with a 6 pack of Mike's lemonade and she asked them for their IDs and wouldn't sell it to them because the lady didn't have hers on her. This location will never have to worry about my business ever again! I be damned I spend my money at a place that only caters to caucasian customers but turn everyone else down because of their color!

store manager doesn't know what he's doing. Won't accept a gift card, terrible at customer service, isn't communicative, slow service. Lied about the tos, stated that we needed a online gift card to be physically to be able to spend it... I pointed out in the terms where it says you only need the pin! Logan still didn't accept payment. Managers name: Logan

#791 is terrible for truck fuel!! Last 6 stops, 3 times the cars readers at pumps don't work!!! It's always busy, but now you gotta walk a freakin half mile just to start the pump!! Today, same thing, keyboard on pump won't work!! This time I took my business elsewhere!!! Of course this was after sitting 20 mins waiting for a pump !!!

Stopped here on our way out of town. I decided to just try getting some lunch from here. Got food for four people for around $30 so it wasn't too badly priced. Food was all pretty tasty too. Ordered the flatbread pizza, chicken quesadilla, sliders, hot dog, mozzarella sticks, fries, and curly fries. Definitely better than most gas station food and was prepped fresh after you ordered. The place was pretty clean, well stocked, bathrooms were clean and staff was all pretty friendly.

Not going to lie, this visit didn't smash that hard but I love Sheetz. Had good company which boosted this review. And just on previous visits. I mean it was quite literally popping in there. We met such interesting.. creatures. Food was pretty quick and fresh. They get a thumbs up.

The fries, all appetizers, mini pizzas, and frozen drinks are all phenomenal. I haven’t tried much outside of that. The workers seem to get along well and make each others shifts better which makes me happy to see, it makes it feel more welcoming, and doesn’t hinder their quick pace. Best Sheetz in Kent

Decent experience. Waited half hour for an order... that was halfway incorrect. Thankfully, the manager on duty (Oct 7 2022 after 8pm) was understanding, and had my order remade for free. I was able to back up my claims with my receipt and uneaten food, so that played a part in my pretty seamless complaint process.
The food was good quality, but in terms of Sheetz reputation, it was a tad below average, even for the remade order. Regardless I will probably buy from here again, thanks to management being humble and having a great customer focused mindset.
Hopefully minor mistakes like mine are less common in the future. Looking at other reviews here, it seems I was not the only one to have similar "oops!" moments from the store staff.
