There has to be a better system for online orders. I placed an order and specifically timed it so that I would be able to pick it up so I could get to work on time. Well, they lost my order somehow and I don’t have time to wait around forever. It’s really frustrating that someone can just grab my food and now I have nothing. I know the workers are slammed because it’s a weekend morning, but I wouldn’t have been upset if they had needed a bit of extra time to make it. I’m upset because my order just vanished. I would like a refund, please.

My go-to gas station! low gas prices + excellent sandwiches to go + friendly service. + FREE AIR. Only downside is parking lot is too small gets crazy congested and lots of near collisions.

I come to this Sheetz often, but on certain afternoons/evenings, staff has lost their customer service etiquette. If you have an issue, do not waste your time calling the afternoon manager, go straight to customer service. They need to be reported and it's the only way to get a resolution for your order.

Awful place to work. No such thing as a team here. Managers just fire and hires willy nilly. Zero problem solving skills in any department. And they will never keep anyone because lack of supervisory communication skills. Good luck for any and all who apply.

I understand being early in the morning six twenty a m however the woman's bathroom atrocious. I've seen 2 employees standing around talking when they could have been in the bathroom cleaning. Kind of makes you wonder what there house looks like...geez...it's not hard to grab a broom and dust pan and put on some gloves.
