My car is an older model, and often when I bring it in for its regular maintenance, there is something else that needs to be addressed. Mona has a great working relationship with the Technicians, and she always makes sure that nothing it needs is over looked and everything that is done to it is done correctly. I have unconditional trust in Mona. She is knowledgeable, conscientious, and just flat out the best service advisor I have ever had help me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Klaben Ford service manager Sean is great. True to his words, takes care of me personally. Love the at home mobile service. Fast and very detailed. Seth was my tech. You should have Seth handle your next oil change, it's called The Works! Thanks Klaben service team for being on my team.

Kimberly Wolfram my Service Advisor whom I have been going to for years is fantastic. She really does a great job with making sure all things with my vehicle are handled. She is knowledgable and through. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else the Service Department is Excellent and Very reasonable on pricing and stand behind there work. Mona is simply one of the best advisors around. My Bronco is my prize possession and I am always hesitant to leave it out of my sight but I trust Mona and team to treat it like I would. In fact, Mona is so good she reads my mind on what I would do/want done to it. She knows the answers before they leave my mouth. The technician who worked on my vehicle, Isaac, is also very detail oriented and I will request him on all future services.Services: Auto body & trim repair
