A year ago we went to Mazda of Kent on a whim "just to see". Before arriving there we had stopped at 5 other dealers. We walked around each one for about 10 minutes while salesmen looked on and never approached us.
At Mazda of Kent we circled the lot once and was approached by Tony E. He immediately listened to our needs and was extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of different makes and models.
Needless to say Tony gave us such great, no nonsense service that we just bought two more vehicles off of him and will continue to go back to Tony above all other salesmen. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing him. He really works with you to get you what you need and at a comfortable payment. Tony is seriously the best salesman I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. After talking with Tony, they sold me a vehicle that I couldn’t use. After locking the door there was no way to unlock it using the physical key (it didn’t work in the door) and they didn’t include a key fab. The car felt unsafe to drive with brakes and rotors that NEEDED replacement. To top it all off the car had a punctured tire too. Repairs to the car cost over $1000. I tried speaking with one of their managers and Tony about these issues and was promised several calls back from Brent and was never helped.

This dealership is about the worse experience I’ve had in some time. Nobody answers the phone, service was terrible and nothing but excuses. Used to be a good store - now I’d avoid sad to say.

Got there at 8:30 left at 5:00, absolutely ridiculous the guy just sat with our info on his desk for hours. Had all our information prepared, there is no excuse for why it took almost 9 hours to buy a USED car! Sales was fine though

I Purchased a kia soul six months ago and now it need service work done to it already. I take it to bubbs to check it out They immediately tell me to take it back where I got it from.Because it's that bad.something with the oil light oil plug or your filter And some kind of sensor that's not even reading, so they could know exactly what it is when they plug it up. I called the dealership to let them know just how disappointed I am. They go to tell me, oh you don't have an extended warranty, you have what it's called gap insurance? I know what gap insurance is, but for me to have just gotten this car six months ago and it already need work like this.Done is ridiculous on a 2020 though They just sold me the mess they wanted to get off the lot and get rid of.
