I have taken both my dogs here for 7 years and by far they the best. You can just tell when someone actually cares about your pets as much as you do. Thank you to everyone there.

Super easy to get an appointment. I came in to get a physical and vaccine for my kitten and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The staff was also super nice.

The doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful! They are all extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. I am super comfortable bringing my furbabies there because we feel welcome and cared about. No questions or concerns are looked upon as stupid or insignificant or too much, and they take the time to answer everything thoroughly and sincerely. Plus their prices are extremely reasonable, not to mention they have gone above and beyond to make things easier on my cats, some of whom have special, more in depth health concerns. All in all, I will recommend Memorial Animal Hospital in Kent to EVERYONE! They are top tier!

The staff has always been excellent and we love working with Dr. Heibel, but have also been pleased with everyone else we have seen there. Our cat receives excellent care and we are given honest advice/recommendations.

I brought my dog here today to try to find a better vet. My appointment was at 1130 and the tech got done around 11:50.. at 12:25 the tech came in and wanted to move me to another room ..still hadn't seen the doctor. Lots of laughing and carrying on you can hear amongst the staff that's for sure. My dog has laryngeal paralysis (also made sure to let the tech know) and was panting the whole time in that tiny hot room for almost 40 min just waiting. I pointed out all the slobber on the floor to the tech and told her we had to leave. Reiterated to the receptionist the reason we brought him here was to find a vet that cares. REFUSED TO PAY FOR THAT SERVICE
I PRAY YOU DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE
I HOPE ALL VETS IN PORTAGE COUNTY ARENT LIKE THIS. ABSOLTELY SHAMEFUL CARE. My dog left a panting mess?

The entire staff here is lovely. Everyone is very kind and you can tell they truly care about the animals and the families they serve. I'm fortunate to have these folks nearby, they've taken good care of all of our pets.

I just recently had to put my cat Hermes down, and it was a very hard experience for me. The doctor and her assistant were wonderful. They made that day as pain free for Hermes and myself as humanly possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are such kind people. Thank you memorial animal hospital.

We love Memorial! We've been bringing our sweet girl doggo here since she was a little pup. They're always super attentive and willing to answer any questions you may have. The techs and vets there have always been accommodating because my girl gets pretty anxious about the visit once we get in the exam room. So much so that they've even gotten on the floor themselves to make her feel more at ease. They treat her like one of their own and I couldn't ask for more. I can't say enough good things about Memorial and will always recommend them!
