Bought a bag of cherries. A day later I went to eat them and discovered half of them were bad. Only 2 cashiers with long lines. Could barely navigate the store as there were boxes and pallets everywhere. What was once a great store to shop at has fallen to the wayside.

The idiots at Meijer had ONE cashier. ONE. The line was backed up across the store. I asked for help and was ignored. I left my cart of groceries and walked out. I’ll never be back to another meijer.

Pharmacy told me they had medication. Then next day they didn’t.They still charged my insurance company for it.Which means if I would have found it somewhere else I wouldn’t be able to fill it because according to insurance it was already filled. Called pharmacy they reversed charge. Make you check your insurance claims when dealing with out of stock orders here and you try to get them filled. They still charge you for it in case it comes even if it doesn’t.Then don’t call you about it.

Very nice and super helpful pharmacist! After calling 7 different pharmacies to find one that could fill a prescription for pet insulin, not only were they able to help, their price was extremely reasonable.

Not pleased with the meijer pharmacy my insurance company switched there pharmacy to Gainwell and Gainwell has told me that meijers not me needs to call them for an override so medications can go through, however when you tell meijers they need to call they say that I have to. It’s becoming to frustrating I’ve started filling at another pharmacy and haven’t had any problems going to pull all 8 of my family members out of meijers

The pharmacists are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and even know my name. Sometimes, the “Good RX” program ends up costing us less than using my insurance, and they automatically give us whatever is less expensive. They have even helped me in a pinch for meds when their shipment was delayed. Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy!

The employees go out of their way to not bag groceries. They see me coming with a full cart and they go running. I spend $800-$1200 monthly at this store, you’d think that I could get a bagger once in a while…especially since I don’t work here! I swear I saw 12 different Meijer people walking around doing nothing but looking important and a few even looked me in the eyes while and stood there and did nothing! A few clearly knew I was pissed and still did absolutely nothing about it.
When I stop spending my money at your store, that’ll be why. I’ve already reduced it for this reason and the more trips I make to your store the more pissed I get.

Pharmacist Stephanie was soooo helpful and offered to call my daughter’s doctors office to ask about a missing prescription order. It ended up being a miscommunication with myself and the ER who ordered the medication, as it ended up being an over the counter medication. I was in the drivethru with my sick young daughter, so she went and grabbed it the meds. I called to ask add’l questions and she was extra helpful and sweet and truly made me feel at ease about my young daughter taking these medications and how it will help her/we’ll see improvement soon. Thank you so much, Stephanie!!!
