Turns out they will sign you up for their rewards program even when you tell them no. I found that out when I got an email saying I am signed up. Called customer service and they said it was signed up at the store.

The customer service at this Kohls has gone way down hill over the past few years. An employee named Jackie was rude and not pleasant to deal with. She treated my mother with disrespect and whispered to other employees about customers around her. I will drive a half hour further to go to a different location from now on.

The cashier that I had at this Kohl's was super nice her name was Candy! She had a wonderful personality and she helped me get more savings than I thought I was going to get I came in there only for a purse and found out that I had $30 to spend before the day was over so I went and got something nice thanks to candy!
