Had the best experience purchasing my bronco at Klaben! Louis definitely made it happen! The service was above and beyond from everyone. Roscoe and Scott even ran out for my mom and I to grab us some pop because my sugar was low! 10/10! Will return when I’m ready for my next vehicle!

Bo Stewart at Klaben auto stores provided a wonderful experience in the purchase of my 2023 Ford maverick. He kept in contact me throughout the seven month process of ordering and receiving this beautiful truck.
Klaben Ford mobile service is incredible. I give Klaben high marks.
Klaben service department gets lower grade due to scratching my rim while rotating my tires (although they did catch it and repaint it). They also Installed my spare tire upside down. My biggest complaint with their service department is taking one and a half hours or more Multiple times just to begin the scheduled service of my vehicle.

By far the best car buying experience of my life!!! I was well informed, there was no pressure, and I honestly felt like I was spending time with good friends! They made the entire transaction unbelievably smooth, fast, and hassle free. Rich Klaben and Gene Kallmeyer could not have been more helpful or kind. I love the peace of mind of a certified pre-owned vehicle provides, and what better way to get more car for your money! I loved my old Lincoln, and I really love my new one too! I don't think I could have had a better experience. Well, maybe if they gave me the car. :) I would highly reccomend this dealer.

We literally drive past multiple other dealerships and drive 45 minutes each way to have our vehicles serviced by Klaben. They're that good. They're thorough, friendly, welcoming, punctual, expert, and above all - they're honest. Joe French especially is outstanding. We wish the rest of the auto industry was even half as good as Klaben is. Thanks a bunch!

I get the works for my vehicle it’s competitive in pricing but worth it in my eyes . Ali at quick lane was friendly and funny, the work was completed in a reasonable time. Also she checked into a few things for me and had a call back within 24 hours . I received excellent service .

Purchased an awesome 21 Ranger from Klaben Ford today! Louis Polos was our salesman and he provided such outstanding, professional quality service. He provided some late night info via text when I inquired about the truck 3 nights prior. He made sure to have it ran through the shop and prepped for our early morning saturday pickup. When we showed up to look at, test drive, and purchase the truck, he also made that a smooth operation as well.

My salesman was Mike Uzl and he did a tremendous job. We had spoke via email and phone. When I arrived the paperwork was complete and I had signed the papers and left the dealership in under 1 hour. Best car buying experience ever!
