My lease was almost up on my 2022 Jeep compass, I came into Klaben and met with Shi. He was wonderful to work with and very personable! He got me into a new lease with a new 2024 compass! I highly recommend working with Shi!

I saw a truck I wanted on Klaben's website and called about it and spoke to Ken. I asked him to make a deal with me over the phone and have everything ready to go when I came into the dealership. He did exactly that. I test drove it and had all the papers signed and drove it off the lot in 30 minutes. Best dealership experience I have had.

I recently shopped around and ended up back at Klaben to lease my daughter's first vehicle. The service, price and overall treatment we received was tremendous. If fact, I just went back a month later and leased myself a new Ram 1500. Our salesman, Greg was awesome.

I recently purchased a jeep Gladiator, I had been looking for several weeks when I reached out to Klaben .I was fortunate enough to get Ken Harris who was so friendly and helpful he got to work immediately to find exactly what I was looking for, seriously he went above and beyond. I am not easy because I know what I want and stand firm . They gave me a very fair price on trade and Joby (finance) was so helpful he explained everything answering all my questions. After visiting a Jeep Dealer in Salem Ohio to get their best deal we decided to go for a short drive to Klaben Chrysler Jeep in Kent, Ohio. Casey greeted us in the pouring rain and let us take a test drive. We were there less than an hour and he shared their best price, it was over $6000 different than the other dealers best deal. We came back to complete the deal last Monday, they had all the paper work ready to go, we signed in less than a 1/2 hour we were on our way with a brand new Jeep Gladiator. This was the quickest and pleasant car deal we have ever made. You definitely have our business. Thank you to Casey & Joby!

I had a good experience with Josh. He had great communication and updated me along the way during the purchasing process. We scheduled a drive and he helped with getting me the information that I wanted/needed when deciding to make the purchase. Overall it was a great experience.

If you are a female car buyer and are looking for a fair & professional help, Ken Harris was a constant professional who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I did all my shopping on the phone and we communicated through text message. He was very willing to work with me but wasn’t condescending as I am a female car buyer. He made the sales process feel extremely easy. He personally took his time to help me set up all the bells and whistles in the car on the touch screen. I got a fair price and would recommend him and the Klaben dealership to anyone. Since getting the car he has even followed up with me to make sure everything is up to my standard. He really follows through. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and kindness. I will for sure buy a car from him again.

I went into Klaben in June of 2022 to purchase air filters for my diesel truck. They had my VIN and account information yet still sold me $148.30 worth of wrong parts for my vehicle! They had access to an entire service department and computer system to get it right and I still ended up with 2 unusable air filters.
I had originally phoned their service department and was told I need to bring the filters back to their dealership for resolution. However, since I live out of state, it wasn't feasible.
After posting my review, Richard was able to promptly resolve my issue once I provided my invoice number from my sales receipt. I would have amended this to a 5 star review, despite the mix-up, if this was the customer service experience I originally received from their service department 2 years ago. However, too few dealerships and businesses even bother to rectify customer complaints so I am pleased Klaben acted in good faith.
