Edit: Store level customer service was great! I got a call saying that they would send me a new pair overnight so I didn’t have to drive an hour to Kent to get the security tag off. They sent me a bag and shipping label to send back the pants with the tags on them. They fit well and are good quality. I’m so happy they reached out, I’m not going to amend my review to five stars but I’ll definitely remove the one star review. By the way, online they have a different customer service called Fanatics and that was who I dealt with first. I still wouldn’t shop online but I’ll keep my business here. Plus they refunded me the cost of the pants which was really nice.First they lost my order and then they send me a replacement item with the security tag still on it. Contacted online customer service and they were helpful getting me a new item but super rude when I contacted them about the security tag. I don’t know how you mess up an order this badly. Good if not overpriced merchandise but NEVER order online. Edit: by the way I know it came directly from the store because it went from the Middleburg Heights UPS facility directly to my house.

I came in with an issue and was dealt with very reasonably. In particular Claudia Peña was very helpful and outstanding with her customer service skills.

I'm an alum of course I loved it. Seriously, had a great selection of university apparel and prices are reasonable. Shipping was quick.

Poor services. Unhelpful staff at the phone, and I was completely unable to find my textbooks. Instead of offering help, I was dismissed.

Called about buying the powder blue football jerseys KSU wore. They aren't selling them and have no idea if they will. As an alumnus that knows at least 5 others that would purchase this is definitely an opportunity missed. OSU always sell their alternate jerseys. D*** KSU Bookstore, don't you think?

Always fun, lots of various items, both w the KSU theme and without. A must for new families attending KSU. Regular priced items aren't cheap, but head to the back of the store for the bargains.

My professor gave us the wrong book list so I wanted to return it. I called and they said I could return it but I won’t be able to get to Kent because I do not live near campus. They said that was fine but then wouldn’t let me return it. Frustrating because we’re going through a pandemic and every penny counts.
