I use Alex but this place is amazing has a great pool working out area etc. love the staff so kind to everyone. Just overall amazing place to be.

WOW! Didn’t think I’d enjoy this campus rec. center. But so glad I joined, the silver sneakers program is great, have many free classes, I have enjoyed the walking track, the shallow pool, jacuzzi, and water aerobics with Beth.

It's got everything you need to exercise and live a healthier life, no matter your age or baseline abilities. Plus, it's fun to watch the college kids work out and the elementary schoolchildren learn to rock climb or splash around in the pool.
