Been a few years since I've been in a dealership, these folks made it quick and easy through the whole process. In business we talk about trust in the highest regard and this dealership not only provides the trust you need when buying a vehicle but the certainty in asking additional questions and guiding you through the buying experience. Dear Mazda of Kent Service Department, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your associates, Matt, in the resolution of a persistent issue with repaired of my passenger side window. I have been a customer for a bit over two months, and unfortunately, my experience had been marred by unresponsive service and unanswered calls regarding the window repair. Matt's exceptional professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction turned my experience around completely. He took the time to attentively guide me through the process, addressing my concerns with utmost care and diligence. His responsiveness and dedication to resolving the issue demonstrated a level of customer service that I had not previously encountered during my interactions with the service department.

I bought a new car yesterday. Tyana was my sales person, and she was pleasant to deal with, didn't waste my time, and spent a lot of time making sure I understood all about the car. The finance person, Amanda, was nice and hospitable. Altogether my most pleasant experience buying a car, and I have bought many.

I purchased a 2020 Land Rover from this dealership with only 50,000 miles on it. Prior to coming and I had ask the sales person if they ran it through service and did it need anything and what did they do to it and they said they did run it through service and the only thing that needed was a new battery. After agreeing to numbers through the phone I scheduled a time to come look at the vehicle and purchase it. Upon arriving when I first started the vehicle I saw that an airbag light was on when the sales person checked with service they already knew about it and had an appointment to get it fixed yet he didn't say anything about that in the initial conversations about the vehicles service. They agreed to take care of it since it was a safety issue which seemed to be important to them that safety issues were fixed. They claimed that was covered under warranty as well. The salesman said since it was a black vehicle he wasn't going to wash it so I believe he did that to hide the fact that on the first time I drove the vehicle in the rain water was coming through the whole top of the windshield and hitting me in the face. I sent a text to him about the windshield leak and he almost immediately responded with there is a service bulletin out on windshields and that LanRover would likely fix it for free. I find it funny that a Mazda dealer knows the service bulletins off the top of their head, it's more likely he knew about the leaky windshield and that's why he didn't wash the vehicle. I made a appointment at Land Rover of Solon for the airbag and the windshield and when I brought it in they do a complementary inspection and they told me that the vehicle has bad brakes all the way around. So to a dealer that seems to be worried about selling safe vehicles they let me take a vehicle home with a bad airbag, leaky windshield, and bad brakes. This is unacceptable customer service this is unacceptable etiquette and everybody needs to know that this is the way the dealer operates. They sold me a unsafe vehicle that needs thousands of dollars in brakes also the airbag they claimed was under warranty was not

I knew exactly which car I wanted and put in a message online the same Friday it was listed. Marc called me within a few hours- definitely after normal business hours- and set up a tentative test drive on Monday. That Monday (Memorial Day), we ended up test driving the vehicle and went through the process of signing/financing all in one go. There was never any pressure from anybody. Marc let me pull into a parking lot to really get a feel for the parking camera as it was different than my prior car, showed me what options he could, and was honest in the information he could not provide given the car had been in their lot for only a day or so! There was no faking it or blowing smoke. Another gentleman and Andrew helped arrange the monthly payment into the one I'd come with in mind. Andrew calmly answered my questions and also allowed me time to sit in his office and do some mental math and other decision making so I didn't feel rushed. All in all, I came in with a certain car and sale in mind and I left with the deal I wanted. Can't wait to pick up my vehicle soon.

The service dept was able to take my car into service early to begin the work. They were able to finish the work 2 hours earlier than estimated. The work was correct the first time and no returns was needed.

Only had my car 9 months they said my filter was cracked by a rock and it wasn't covered under warranty but it sounds like a faulty part maybe some double dipping on there service department

Car belonging to my college age daughter needed some work, parts are ordered and we will make repair as soon as the school year is over. We went to this dealership and purchased a vehicle for over 9,000.00 dollars from them, it ran for about 90 days and completely quit. We found out that the timing chain was bad even though the carfax had that the timing chain was just replaced 6 months previously so we ask if they could meet us in the middle to get the repairs done because we only had the vehicle for three months, but they offered three hundred dollars off of the 3,000.00 dollars of repairs. I will never walk into this business and purchase another vehicle and will strongly suggest you do not either. Maybe it's just me but I think a vehicle you pay 9,500.00 for should run a lot longer then 90 days! I had no choice but give them one star just to share our experience with Mazda of Kent!

Renee Serino is the most intelligent person I ever met and she got my husband loan done fast with no buts about it
