Worst experience I have ever had filing my taxes! They hire random accountants during tax season who do not know h&r blocks "rules" about which forms can be filed. Tell you you're good, don't file your taxes and then tell you you have to pay them for what should have already came out of your refund. When you call nobody has any answers until you ask for a branch manager. And then they have an attitude and make it seem like it's your fault! I will tell everyone I know to never file with h&r block because they apparently are unable to do with a claim they're supposed to be able to do, which is your taxes!

Sadly they accidentally took over $100 out of my bank account and was not helpful to try and refund it when it was their mistake. I had to go through several calls and waiting before I just gave up. Still never got my money back

One of the tax preparers named Jeff LIED & said he would call me back in 20 minutes to give me info on my taxes, its now 1 hour past closing time & not one phone call came through.
