I used to work for Sheridan for over a year and may I say the people who work at Sheridan are some of the hardest-working individuals that I had met in my life. Yet, they are overworked, and seriously underpaid for their time and effort. While the Head of Management of the Bindery Department did a stellar job of coordinating this chaotic place. The middle management of Sheridan has been found as lackluster, two-faced snakes waiting in the grass to strike. The CEO has done away with yearly raises, so don't expect any incentive for loyalty to the company. Heck, even some of the Night-Shifters haven't gotten a raise in over five years! If you make it past a year and haven't been broken in by the middle management, they will say that sure time isn't worth anything to them and expect you to take on more responsibilities without any incentive for such a change in duties. Then, they have quarterly meetings to boast about the company and profits, and yet none of the workers see any of those profits.Remember: They won't trust you for a quarter, so why trust them for a dollar?
