I have used this location to both print and ship. It is right at the end of campus so lots of Kent State users. It is a typical FedEx ship center but also has impressive print capabilities.

Stop in during business hours and it's closed again. I had a print order before I never was able to pick up because I stop in during posted business hours and the doors are locked yet again during posted hours and the doors are locked still charged me for me order too

I get items printed here regularly for my business and I’ve never had a problem with any staff member besides Bree. She’s always very unkind and makes my trips here unpleasant. She always has a scowl on her face, please don’t have her working with the public.

Bre has poor customer service skills. I have worked in customer service and I understand there’s bad days but every time I’ve had to interact with her she’s rolling her eyes, scoffing, very curt and disrespectful. I don’t understand why it’s necessary to be rude.

Daughter has a friend flying in alone today whom she's never met face to face before, to stay the weekend. Reached out to Saul and his team at FedEx in Kent. Together we came up with the idea of a banner to hold, welcoming her as she departs the arrival terminal. They quickly brought the idea to fruition with a beautiful, colorful, vinyl banner with grommets that she'll be able to take home and hang on her bedroom wall and roll up without wrinkling. We absolutely couldn't be any happier...
So for any special assistance with FedEx products and/or services in Kent, you'd "Better Call Saul!"

One of FedEx's employees named Dave delivered a package to our house today. I was struggling to carry a bag of soil to our side yard. Dave asked if he could help. He carried two bags to our side yard. Thanks, Dave!! Your help was really appreciated. He is a GREAT FedEx employee!!

The employees working here seem down-to-earth and they seem genuinely happy to help their customers (Which is a rarity in today's society!!)All of the employees were calm, non-emotional, and were assuring by processing my package in front of me, behind the desk.
