While I have not actually purchase a vehicle from this dealership I will not recommend them. I submitted a request for information over a month ago but my husband and I decided to go a different avenue and they have been harassing me non-stop through emails phone calls and text messages daily since then. And today I received in text message a threat to report my phone number to their fraud department because I was ignoring them from their excessive attempts at contact. I have also blocked their phone numbers as spam but they contact me through different ones from different representatives and still send me communications. I do not recommend this dealership for anybody unless you want to be hounded and harassed daily.

Service department went above and beyond. Went in for an oil change, mentioned a window was squeaking. Tech said he didn't have a service guy in who could take care of it but offered another appointment or to pair it with my next oil change.
Later when the car was done with the current oil change, tech said he inquired with a mechanic that was in and they took it upon themselves to fix it right then in there.
Appreciates them going above and beyond!

I had to take my 2011 Camry XLE in today because I had to get the sun visor, on the driver’s side, replaced! I tried looking, on-line, for a replacement visor, thinking I could do it myself, but found out there were different models of sun visors available. Afraid I would order the wrong one, I took it to the dealership I got the car from, and had them do the work. It is so nice to have my sun visor stay up again, instead of flopping down on me!

Car had serious issues and called the service dept. When i finally got someone was told earliest we can help is after 3 days. No sense of urgency. I am a regular customer and have had my service appts thr. When i called again, multiple times , would not pick up my call.
Had to get my car towed to a different Toyota dealership that helped me out even though their service dept was closed!
Update: Nick, the manager reached out and apologized for the dealership dropping the ball. It is great to know that managers care about loyal customers. Issue was resolved. I will return.

Just bought a Toyota cross . Justin was very good and not pushy a sales person and knew all the details of the vehicle, I liked working with him . Finance person was also very nice and non pushy . Felt very much at ease with both.

I have brought my Camry here for years and they have always done a fabulous job and been super helpful. I want to particularly commend them for my last visit, when I didn't have an appointment, yet they did everything they could to accommodate me and get me back in my car in under 24 hours. Huge gratitude to John - he's a true gem. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

There was a discrepancy in the advertised milage (lower) than the actual milage (higher) - over 7,000 miles difference. This difference wasn’t “noticed” until price was agreed upon and most paperwork had been signed. No adjustment in price was offered. After bringing this to the manager’s attention, they offered a small check of $250.
The personal information of person who operated (leased) and turned the vehicle in to Kent was still in the vehicle after we had left the lot. This information included the individual’s name, address, phone number, and Social Security Number among other items of information.
The drive from our residence to the dealership was over one hour each way and to have that experience was extremely unfortunate.

Dale continues to impress us as being the best Service Writer we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He's always been on-point with every detail in dealing with our needs in getting our vehicle repaired and is a great representative of a great dealership.

The dealership has a culture of professionalism, caring for the needs of the customer, and a genuine approach. Tom Powers was great, eventhough i threw him a couple of curve balls, lol. They are honest, and try to accomodate as much as possible. I would recommend to family and friends!

As a new Toyota owner of a used Highlander Hybrid, I have had my vehicle in twice for a recall item and other small things. The service dept is always helpful and communication is great.
