The pharmacy staff is so eager to help. My insulin was out of stock at the Kent location however, they contacted neighboring pharmacy’s to get me my prescription. I was impressed they were able to get it filled at Walgreens just across the street and it was the same price! When I encountered this issue before at other pharmacies, they’ve told me I would personally have to get my prescription changed over to another pharmacy. They truly understood my needs were urgent and did everything to get me what I needed, even if their own business didn’t get my money.

Two stars is generous but to be fair there are a couple good things. To the good: At least 80% of the time they are polite and professional. Nice to interact with. They are usual, but not always, quick to fill a prescription. The problem is this . . . they often do not fill the prescription when they say they will. I have learned NOT to reorder through the automated system because it never fills the prescription. Never. Numerous times it was not ready when they said it would be. Then today they were still closed for lunch at 1:20pm. The recording said they were closed for lunch until 2:00pm. Long lunch hours and the inability to fulfill prescriptions put me over the threshold. It means you need to drive across town again only to hope it will be done. It might not be. A new manager is needed.UPDATE: Changed this from a 2-star to 1 because I went to the CVS pharmacy today - after a txt from them that said my prescription was ready - and it was not ready. They had no record of it. Again, even with notification from them, I drive across town a day later to find out they are not prepared. It so bad.

Horrible Experience with Pharmacy not only Was he Rude and Being a Smart Mouth He Refused to Transfer my Prescription from One CVS to this CVSREALLY !!!!!!!!

The older lady at the register was extremely rude to my boyfriend who just had a simple question and refused to get a manager to help him with his issue + we’re not coming back

It's a cvs. The pharmacy is always well-staffed, but up front you sometimes have to find a helper. Relatively clean but gets torn up a lot.

UPDATE: I came back an hour later to pick up this medicine and the same woman was even more rude to me than the first time I came in, and could hardly put a legible sentence together, and wouldn't accept any of the insurance paperwork from my doctor.They just outright lied to my face about when my prescription would be ready. What is the point of me calling to check when they will be ready, and then you're tell me it's gonna be another 30 minutes when I get there? Generally very unfriendly.

I will never go to cvs pharmacy again. They have made my prescription so late that it has messed up the timing of my medication. They have no idea what they are doing there they are rude.

The pharmacists were really rude.I had been waiting for over half an hour andI asked for the status of my prescription (as the app told me it was ready before I even arrived) and they rolled their eyes and asked me to learn some patience.

Pharmacy is absolutely awful.I had pharmacists cursing at me under their breath because they couldn’t figure out how to enter my insurance. One of them huffed said “this isn’t my problem” and tossed my card back at me. They were all incredibly snotty and rude. I’m a fellow college student so I get being tired and overworked but it’s like this every time I come.

They are a very busy pharmacy but if you go in the store and speak to someone in a positive way they are always very courteous. The pharmacist always explains things well. Be patient. The health care system sucks but don't take your anger out on them.

Horrible check out service. DO NOT EVER USE THE CHECK OUT KIOSK. It never works and when you think your items have scanned properly they don't and the cashier makes you look like a thief and embarrasses you in front of everyone. I absolutely refuse to ever go back to a CVS again. I use Walgreens across the street. They need to take the self check out kiosk out. This is what our world is coming to. Being made to do our own checkout because people do not want to work and the company wants to save money. Then when their junk doesn't work the customer gets blamed for it. CVS SUCKS

Limited selection of household items. When I asked about a product, the lady was a bit short with me even though I was polite. So much for helping customers in a kind way.
