Went to this store to pay on a phone bill. Online it states open at 10am on the door 11am. When that was brought up to the individual behind the counter. He said I don't open till 11am I'm the owner and I make my own hours. He was very rude.

I’ve had to go in this store 2 different times and the dude doesn’t even seem like he cares to help or cares to be there. Both times told me to call customer service when customer service told me to go into the store.

My son had an acct with boost but he switched to Verizon. He went to the Verizon store and they tried to get get his number from boost but they wouldn’t give it up so they gave my son a new number and he traded the phone in on a new phone. So we haven’t had the phone or used that acct witch we thought was canceled for months but we have been charged every month. We called and they say there’s nothing they can do because we can’t remember the code to get into his acct. how does this happen!?! We called them and told them to cancel automatic payments and they are still doing it. This company a crook! Boost if you see this I hope you actually try to fix this!!!!
