We worked with Bissler's for mom and dads funerals in '22 and '24. They were professional, compassionate, & accommodating to our special needs and budget. When problems with cost arose, they rectified the issue promptly and fairly. They were especially kind & sensitive during a difficult & painful time. Pierce and Mitchell were awesome. Very patient and kind. They made everything so perfect for mom from the room to extra chairs when we overflowed to sending us Kevin O'Brien. Kevin spent about an hour on the phone with my sister and me but managed to put together the best detailed account of our mom's life. It was like he knew her as well as we did. Everything was beautiful and we felt that Bissler & Sons honored our Mom better than anyone else could have. We all highly recommend them.

The Bissler and Sons / Billows Funeral Home provided excellent service for my mom’s funeral. Mitch Planey was carrying, compassionate and listened to our family needs when my sisters and I created the obituary and the funeral arrangements at University Church of Kent.Nathanael Billow and staff did an outstanding job at the church service and the funeral procession to Standing Rock Cemetery.

Bissler and Sons were extremely helpful and caring when my brother passed and we live 400 miles away in another state. They handled all the details and we had a small remembrance with the Marine Honor Guard for him. Everyone at Bissler were friendly and very reverent in our time of need.
