“Service department went above and beyond. Went in for an oil change, mentioned a window was squeaking. Tech said he didn't have a service guy in who could take care of it but offered another appointment or to pair it with my next oil change.
Later when the car was done with the current oil change, tech said he inquired with a mechanic that was in and they took it upon themselves to fix it right then in there.
Appreciates them going above and beyond!”

“Highly recommend!!! My daughter goes to Kent State and I live in Columbus. We had brake work done prior to her going back this fall. After we got her moved in and back to Columbus she called the next day with problems with her right rear tire. Dean was honest, efficient, and went the extra mile to help her out in my absence. It’s great to know there are still honest mechanics that’s more interested in taking care of instead of advantage of their customers. This will be the only place I will be using moving forward. If you appreciate honesty, quality, and dedication I highly recommend you visit here as well.”

“Edward is a great guy who does amazing work. Needed a quick fix because of a coolant leak. I got it quoted on a Sunday at Firestone in Kent because they were the only ones open. They quoted me at almost $500. I do not recommend going to chain stores and never have. Because it was a quick fix he got me in the same day and only charged $55. Could not recommend him enough. Support local!”

“Came here after getting my car detailed somewhere else. The previous business had left so much moisture in my vehicle the inside of my windows had condensation for three days, and I had taken it in to get a cat urine scent out and they failed at that too. Took my car to Magic City, and they absolutely saved my vehicle. The urine scent isn’t lingering in my car now, there is no moisture collected! Owner told me he had to hit the seat three times with shampoo to get that smell out.
I highly recommend getting serviced here. And the prices are VERY good too. I spent $200 at the OTHER business that left my vehicle in poor condition. This business I only spent $55 and they saved my car from potential molding and got rid of the smell! (I only had passenger seat done and the moisture extraction for the entire car).
Owner told me to wait a few days, and if the scent was still there, to come back and they’d get it again. But I didn’t need to, they took great care of it. Thank you so much! You have no idea how relieved I am! I wish I had come there the first time, instead of that other business.
