Unc'l Dik's is a convenience store located directly across from the entrance to the Kelley's Island state park camping area and beach, making it very convenient and the closest store to the park. It carries many basic items, sundries, and things you might have forgotten, including firestarters, pop, hot dogs, ice, beach toys, clothing, souvenirs, snacks, camp equipment, bathing suits, and crappy knick knacks. The store also features a Tofts Ice Cream stand with approximately 16 delicious flavors, which is a popular treat. The customer service varies; most staff are described as friendly, pleasant, nice, and forgiving, though some cashiers were very rude and impatient. The store is criticized for being poorly lite, cluttered, and overpriced, with a $10 minimum on credit cards. Despite its shortcomings, it is one of the few places on the island to get stuff, saving a trip into town.

Nice little store. Friendly employees. They have suvineers and other items you may need while your on the island.

The customer service varies depending on the person. Some of the cashiers were very rude and impatient, although most were nice and forgiving. The ice cream was delicious and they have a good selection of merchandise. I do think that a list of the hours would have been helpful.
