Had the pleasure of visiting Kelley’s Island,
Ohio for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. I was in dire need of a cooler and was unable to locate one due to the small town being limited with resources. The lady working at The Village Peddler was AMAZING! I told her that I was visiting from out of town, and she gave me a cooler. I was thrilled that a total stranger would offer a complete stranger a cooler. It truly made the trip ten thousand times better. The store has many, many items of ladies clothing, and some self care items along with amazing knitted kids toys. Not to mention a garage area with many more vintage items. If you happen to be on Kelleys Island, Ohio please stop by The Village Peddler, you will get the best deals and value for your money.

My friends and I stopped in to browse this seemingly quaint store on a Saturday at 5:50. We are regular visitors to Kelley's but have never shopped here. Upon walking up the steps, a disgruntled employee (or shop owner) who was outside gave us a filthy look. I asked what time they closed, she replied "6:00". We said "ok thank you" and proceeded to walk inside as she rudely and sarcastically replied "seriously?" We were astonished that she was treating potential customers this way. We understood it was near closing time & we simply wanted to take a quick look around. This merchant needs a lesson in customer service and basic manners!

This lady was so rude to us for no reason. We just asked her to clarify her sign, very kindly, and she greeted us with a terrible attitude. We left immediately without buying anything. There’s so many other shops where the workers are so friendly and helpful. Don’t recommend

Great place to check out. The items here are mostly on the higher end so very pricey but she had some unique items you can't find everywhere . In the back behind the store we're sheds with discount items and antiques.

Cute store...but WOW whoever was working at the register looked like I was going to murder her or steal the store. Some better customer service for the over priced goods would have been nice. We did find one cute thing that we decided to buy but felt VERY unwanted the whole time we were shopping.

Favorite place to shop for clothes on the island, has a unique higher end clothing and foot wear selection for both men and women; also sells some cute decorative items and antiques; air conditioned as well

Wanted to reserve a couple golf carts and Jackie and Annie were very quick to respond and gave us great customer service. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you Jackie and Annie!

A very eclectic, fun place to shop, a few steps from downtown. There are multiple rooms featuring items from men's clothes to women's clothes. Multiple designer goods to some local items. Various food items as well, including different dips and drink mixes. Out back, there is a separate shop with vintage items. You could spend a few minute or an hour or more shopping here. Worth the time either way.
