November 2023. Made my appt a week before and I was still the very last on the list. Then the guy was late to add. Now May 2024 I find out that the part they put in don't work. 500 gone ! And I'm going to have to spend more time with this company that cares nothing about us !

I had a complete trane central system installed a few years back on an older home. Since that time i have had several issues from the thermostat to the system continually running which caused a large consumption thus large electric bill. Recently i was under my house doing some insulation work and i noticed the way in which the wires and piping were installed are not to code specifically the wiring. They did not run the wiring thru the floor joists and several feet are only hanging around the vent tubing. Correct me if i am wrong but atleast the wiring should be secured to floor boards. Another time i had called about getting my thermostat hard wired to my router because every time the power is interupted this model thermostat does not reconnect to wifi. But the office talked to one of their supervisors and told me it was not possible even without knowing my model of thermostat. I had to call several times just to get an answer even called Mike and he told me he was on vacation so i ended up calling the office again. No good. I hard wired the lan cable to my thermostat and connected it myself and its working great now. Connects even after a power interruption. Knieves you really need to some improvements here.

Have heating/air problems, ask for Eric! He is the best ! Also Mr. Warnecke for a water system , you will not be disappointed! The only bad thing I can say is if you get on the yearly maintenance, they will call you when you have a scheduled appt. and want to change it , even during uneventful weather.Services: Water heater installation

Charged $400 for a new spigot outside of my house, and did not finish sealing the new hole. On the plus side, the new spigot works.
