I was quoted a price based on a new phone and services that were said to have been included in the plan. I'm finding now that these services were not included and were just added to my bill. The amounts were completely different. Be careful shopping here.

I have already shared this, but want to be sure it gets to the right person. Your salesperson in Johnstown, Michael, was so professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel like he cared about me and my needs. He didn't push anything on me. Just evaluated what I was looking for, and was able to give me exactly what I wanted in a New phone. He was patient with me and my questions and concerns and I feel you are so lucky to have him on your staff. I have been with Verizon for a very long time and this experience was the best I have had in purchasing a new phone. Thank you for having him on your staff. I Will recommend him to my family and friends.

Do not go here. My partner was charged for a home protection warranty and phone insurance that he did not ask for. He was helped by a Cody M (sales)and tendered by Amanda R. We have been passed around for over an hour by Verizons customer service and hung up on 5 times. We have still not been able to have these charges removed.Reading other reviews, this location seems to love to tack on charges that the customer did not approve. Say yourself the headache of cleaning up their mess and do not go to this poorly ran store.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff (Ryne is who helped me). Quick and efficient service that got me everything I needed, set up my equipment and answered all my questions. I'll use this store in the future.

When we stopped at 5pm during business hours, they were closed with an out-to-lunch sign on the door. Came back at 6:15 and there was only one associate and one customer ahead of us. More than 30 minute wait at that point. The associate was friendly and courteous, but having the store closed for an hour was a significant inconvenience. We will not be back.

No compassion doing her job..which she did. When asked about different charges ..I was appalled..since it is a retail store and not a corporate storeSo that was my mistakeBetter selection. Service and less charges. Told we couldn't have certain discounts because we used hot spot featureRidiculous..that is what that option is forWill never go there again. Go a few more miles and go to Polaris store

Traded in my 11 pro for a 13 at this store a few months back under the impression I’d be getting cash back for my trade in, but I never received it. On top of this, the sales person added a protection plan that I explicitly said no to. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Took advantage of my wife. He charged her for multiple things and didn’t give her a receipt so she wouldn’t be able to see it. Over 100 dollars of monthly charges and even charged her for a wall charger she didn’t ask for and he didn’t even give it to her. Absolutely terrible. I highly recommend never going to this store, it’s taken over a month to sort out all the things he signed her up for.

I highly recommend this store! Camry and Gwen have helped me so much, I used to avoid this store due to previous management but Camry has brought this store back up and has done a wonderful job! Definitely recommend them for all your Verizon needs!

Be sure to avoid Verizon and GoWireless Verizon Authorized Retailer (Johnstown, OH). I have spent now over 8 hrs of my time total trying to fix an issue a employee that no longer works there fixed. Verizon Business said they would have a manager call me after spending well into 3 hrs 2 separate times on the phone with them. They never did, gowireless also never called back after knowing about the entire issue and said they would call me back. I currently have a bill for $145 because their employee told me to open a business account because it would be in my best interest to do so because I would save money a month in my bill, not have any activation fees, and would be able to switch my personal phones over after getting promo credits they were offering. All of which were not true. Once I went in to get the other 2 new phones on the personal side I was then informed of all of this and had opened up a business line for absolutely no reason and now I am getting hit with a bill for 3 weeks of service that I used for a few days thinking everything would get switched over. Oh and btw this has been going on since the end of November it’s now almost February.

Drove into town on Wed. Morning to get new phone.. Waited till around 10:30 a.m.but store was closed. Then stopped in on Friday at 4:55 after waiting an hour patiently for the girl to finish with a customer, she tells me she can't sell me a new phone because she has to go home.... It would have been nice of her to let me know this and not make me wait for an hour. more useless time spent.left once again with nothing, at 5:58........ I'm bout done
