Hello, I don't do estimates over the phone for cold calls, Waist of time. I am a 1 man shop. Leave a message I will Call you Back. For the people that left bad reviews, Most I have never Met or even talked to. Had a Pool guy stiff me for 8000$ dollars and I'm sure He left several of the bad reviews. I have a sign in my shop that my daughter made that reads, "An emergency on your part is not an Urgency on our part . Any one that knows me, Knows I will do What ever It takes to get a customer back on the road at the best affordable price for the the repair. I don't Upsell. I fix what It came here for. I am very straight forward, and don't beat around the bush. I work on Mostly Diesel, Trucks and American Cars. Have a great day !

Aggressive and poor communication. I came in to get my car serviced and after poorly servicing my vehicle, WITHOUT FIXING THE INITIAL PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH, I noticed a dent on my driver's door and he went ballistic on me to the point I had to call my husband to help me.And despite all this, he proceeded to speak to both of us in a vulgar manner with a wrench in his hands while calling us derogatory slurs..... we are both Caucasian to begin with.What is going on in America today

This guy Aaron harassed me both on the phone and when i showed up at the shop. He could not help me, tried to take me to his office, and made extremely offensive comments to me. I was scared for my life. I thought i was going to be overpowered at one point. WORST SHOP EVER. STAY AWAY

Oh no, my mechanic used the pandemic to retire. This new mechanic became my new shining star. Bookmark this spot for reliable service and reasonable prices. When the battery light comes on, it means your vehicle is being powered by the battery only, instead of the alternator. Owner Tu told me to remove the negative battery cable while the car was running. The car died. Easy over the phone diagnosis. I swapped out for a new battery and drove over. Tu got a new alternator delivered and installed the next day. The price was far below my other estimates. I immediately asked him to do rear shocks also, to throw him some extra business. Parts delivered and installed same day. He made this entire process happen in days before thanksgiving. Other shops couldn't see me until December. I've already spoken to Tu about some other minor work I would like to have done. Once again he removes the steering wheel to make a quick diagnosis on the cruise control. I plan to get more done after the holidays. I highly recommend this mechanic for his service, professionalism, and overall great personality.

I do not recommend! in an emergency situation, we dropped the car off after hours with permission and he neglected to call us back for a week! after that, he said he would order the part and have it done on a certain day. On that day we received a call from another mechanic saying he had our car and the "other guy" doesn't even do the service we needed. BAD BUSINESS
