Made a phone call regarding 2021 RST 4WD Crew Cab spoke with Greg Kitchen told him I was interested and would be up after I got off work. The whole process was quick and I left with a brand new truck. Also the whole process of going over all the paperwork with Justin was a quick process. There honestly, friendliness and professionalism was great. I will definitely be back in the future and will be referring friends and family.

Hard to get help and we’re not very polite. Passive comments and found out after the fact my payments were not what was agreed on and neither was my interest rate. Will not be returning here

Jim was great- He made sure our sudden issue could be fit into the service schedule and that a loaner vehicle could be found. A tremendous help for a single parent like myself! He even checked for rebates for us at checkout. My car is driving well, the problem fully addressed, so there is not much more that I can ask.
I have been a longtime customer of Lash Chevrolet and, as such, preferred to work with them on the purchase of my new vehicle as well. Mark in Sales was an excellent help. He gathered details about what I was looking for, let me know if something became available that met my needs, and was very supportive and willing to work with me when it came time to secure a purchase. I would certainly recommend the Lash Chevrolet team to anyone who wants to work with a honest, forthright dealer. Compared to some of my other car shopping experiences, including a major online player in the arena, Lash was by far the better choice and really took care of me and my family.
