Kroger is a popular grocery store that offers a wide variety of quality food and household products. Customers can find fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical items all in one convenient location. The store is well-stocked, clean, and has friendly staff who are willing to assist shoppers, including those who speak Spanish. However, some customers have had mixed experiences. While most have had good experiences, one customer encountered a rude and unhelpful employee who refused to accept a digital gift card, despite the customer service team confirming that Kroger does accept such cards. Additionally, some customers have found the requirement to download digital coupons to get sale prices to be a downfall. Overall, Kroger is a reliable grocery store that provides a one-stop shopping experience for its customers, with the potential for occasional customer service issues.
The store is fine, but the pickup is a mess. More often than not they call to tell you that your order won’t be ready for hours after the scheduled pickup time. Mind if defeats the purpose. Today the called after the scheduled pickup window had started to tell me it wouldn’t be ready for 2 1/2 more hours.

Found everything I was looking for and a couple of things I didn't have on my list but were a good price.

No checkout lanes open. Uscan had a line of 6 deep. Had weeks+ groceries overflowing in cart. Second time in a month this has happened.
