Unbelievable, it took 5 months to fix my car. Try to some unnecessary work through my insurance . In the end I paid two thousands dollars out of pocket because the price is higher than Insurance estimates. And if I move my vehicle to another shop , I have to pay parking fee.

K-ceps repaired my vehicle in one hour while another body shop wanted to keep it for three days! Great service!

Typical body shop jacking up the prices and doing unnecessary work when it's ran through insurance. I've always taken my cars to their service center and had nothing but good experiences, so I decided to use the body shop when a had some minor damage to my bumper. It took a month to get an appointment to bring my my car in. I was told it would be done within a week so I got a rental (out of pocket). When I called to get an update early on the guy I spoke to went on and on about how everyone was out of the office and they were having trouble finding coverage. Yes.. that's exactly what a customer hoping for quick repairs wants to hear. Then they wanted to go back and forth with my insurance company about this and that. They added frivolous work to the list of repairs that I ended up paying for. They refused to return my car until what they deemed necessary to be done was complete so I ended up paying a grand over what my insurance had already paid (not including the deductible). After it was all said and done, they had my car for a total of 3 weeks. Huge lesson learned, I would never recommend.

Prior to my last experience, I was happy with service and body work at Kceps. I have used them multiple times with no issues. In the past, I have been extremely happy. Not this time.My last experience went like this:I took my car in for an estimate. I was told there was no way to get an accurate estimate without taking the bumper off to look for deeper damage. I was told to sign a form so that they could put me on the schedule for an estimate. I should have read the form. Basically, the form said that I would be responsible for costs. Buried in the form, it stated that I would be responsible for daily storage fees as well (Kceps storage fee is $75/day whereas most dealership's storage fee is $25/day). I figured all of it would be covered by insurance anyways since I was not at fault in the accident. Once I signed the form, the receptionist scheduled me for the estimate. A few days later I got the estimate emailed to me. I then called to ask if I could pick up my car since the estimate was ready. I figured I would bring it back in a few days for repair if I decided to go through with repairs (vs taking the insurance payout to buy a different car). I needed to head out of town because I needed to help care for my mom after her surgery. I needed my car to get there. The insurance company at fault would not cover a rental car because my car was drivable. I was sent a copy of my bill for the estimate and told I could pick it up once they put the bumper back on. The bill stated that I would owe $1050.80 for the estimate to pick up my car. At this point I was in shock that I could not pick up my car from getting an estimate without paying $1050.80 for an accident where I wasn't at fault . I had my partner call and talk to them. He was able to get the cost of the estimate down to $487. I paid, picked up my car, and drove out of town to my mom for her surgery.Later, the insurance stated estimates should be free, and that they would not cover the cost of the estimate. At this point I feel like someone took advantage of me. I have asked several people. They all think it is strange that I was charged for an estimate. Apparently this is not normal and estimates are no-charge at other body shops.I am not sure if there is anything I can do (other than a charge back that leaves me with extreme guilt). I was not at fault in the accident per the police report. The insurance is willing to pay for repairs but not an estimate because estimates should not cost anything. Well, it did cost $487 and now I feel stuck with these charges that I shouldn't have had to pay.I do plan to have the car repaired. But now I am confused. I was told that I would have to repay the $487 to have my car repaired at Kceps in addition to the other costs. I really feel wronged. I am not at fault, so why am I paying almost $1000.In addition to this, both my insurance and the insurance of the person at fault, stated that Kceps estimates include a lot of "unnecessary fluff." Per my insurance, they charge 3x the amount a car dealership would charge for the same repairs and storage. I am not educated on this and cannot comment otherwise. But if I choose not to repair the car, I will only get about half of Kceps estimate. Per my insuranceadjuster: "this bill has a lot of fluff. They are way overcharging for everything."

Very professional approach to every step of the repair process. The repairs were completed as promised with the final product being as good if not better than the original.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. We waited 4 months for a quote and another 4 months for them to fix mechanical issues. They will not call you when your car is fixed or send you final payment bill without the customer contacting them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HEREServices: Transmission

I was in an accident last year, and the person from my insurance company that I worked with told me there were two Tesla-approved body shops near me: K-ceps and another company. I made the mistake of trying to work with the other company instead of K-ceps because the other company was closer to me. That was a mistake; the other company was challenging to work with and insisted that they would not work with my insurance directly - I had to be a middleman. When it became clear how much of a hassle it would be working with the other company, I decided to try K-ceps. I wish I had chosen K-ceps first. They were able to work with my insurance company directly and took my car right away. I received regular emails, and phone calls keeping me up-to-date on the repairs and the status of back-ordered parts. Brittany was always helpful and quick to respond to my questions throughout the process. I got my car back a few days ago (because we had to wait so long for Tesla to send the required parts), and it looks brand new. If I hadn't been in the accident, there's no way I'd be able to tell the car had had any damage. I highly recommend K-ceps. Their work is professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.Services: Painting

The repair was very good but the front office is horrible. Dan the service manager will not communicate with you. Brittany who mans the front desk will lie about his availability and this customer service is horrible. beware.

Someone hit the back of my Tesla and K-Ceps did a great job with the repair. Kept me up to date, very professional and every interaction I had with their team was great. Would highly recommend using them for your auto repair.
