First phone call, owner was very rude. Second phone call someone made me an appointment and said owner would call me back. Call them day of appointment and guy on phone was very confused: I called pond tire right after and they got me taken care of within two hours

I inherited doing business with Mr.Kirby because my grandfather anytime he needed tires would go through him and when it became my turn to need to buy some tires my grandpa made sure to send me his way. And I've been doing so personally at least the last 10 years but that is just a drop in the bucket if you compare it to all the years my grandpa has done businesses with him. He's been so fair and honest that I've stopped wasting my time getting estimates anywhere else long ago and just tell him what I need and book my appointment because when I did I would always end up going with him anyway. If I could think of a way to give him any higher recommendation I'll remove this review and replace it with that.

I noticed I had a leaky tire due to a huge nail, I called the shop and even though it was 4 o’clock and they closed at 5, they still said they could get me in and fix my tire. They fixed my tire, which made them late leaving their workday. I was so thankful and appreciative that they fixed it, I’m sure other places would have just said they couldn’t so they would get to leave work on time. I also got a lesson from the owner that he doesn’t “plug” tires, he repairs them, and went on to explain the process to me! Very kind and caring people!
