I brought my son to this bank to open his first checking account. I have been a member with Huntington Bank for over 30 years. We were in line plenty enough time before the bank closed but by the time the one teller that was seeing people got to us it was exactly closing time and they refused to open an account for my son, there were three other people sitting around working that never once asked to help me.

Well, I have to say that I have had nothing but good service from this branch. I moved to the Johnstown area 9 years ago and started dealing with them at that time. They are always friendly and helpful. The personal banker Cindy has helped me through a number of issues and has never failed me. I also love their new ATM which allows me to custom my withdrawal to suit my needs.

Got a car through huntington.... I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES IN MY LIFE!! I paid well over my loan amount every month, I signed up for auto withdraw several times with it failing, their system would send my payment back to me... they SERIOUSLY screwed up my credit score with THEIR mistakes. I had an extra 700 sitting and they sais my payment was late....... even though they had 700$ extra from me paying over my loan ammount every month. Um, no dudes.. you have your payment this month, set up my damn auto withdraw, and fix the mess. So they would.. and it would just happen again and again. Now I have 5 late paymenta on my report cause they are morons. Smh. Never ever again.

Dealing with them was awful. I sold a car to a local buyer. Their banker at HB (initials CB) wanted to protect them--a good thing--but she refused to accept NUMEROUS assurances that the deal was legitimate and wire the payment to my bank. Rather than do as her own clients requested, she spooked them out of the deal. She didn't seem to understand a "trust account" and she was skeptical about UBS--the largest investment bank in the WORLD where our money is held. If she had put in ANY serious effort on behalf of her own clients, she would have discovered that the deal was legitimate. Instead of listening, she hung up on me. Net: she is either lazy and/or ignorant. Worst experience with a banker in my 75 years. Eventually, and over her objections, the car buyers consummated the deal. They are now delighted with their new car, no thanks to an incompetent HB employee.

This banks ATM sucks it never works I have thought about pulling my money and switching banks you can never get money out of the ATM

Atm outside is fast and easy to use. Staff inside is always kind and helpful. Great rewards for new accounts and good interest rates.

Was having trouble with a fraudulent charge on my account. For 2 weeks I tried making numerous phone calls. Once I was on hold for over an hour. I walked in this branch and it was takin care of in 5 minutes. These girls at this branch are awesome
