They are just awful! My personal experience is that they do not stand behind their work in that office. I had to take my taxes elsewhere to fix. Incredibly rude, unhelpful. Even when their corporate office is the one helping me/on my side. Ask yourself this... what working single mom with 8/9 year old and no family to watch child wouldn't have childcare expenses? Would you try to claim childcare expenses?
